One day I discovered that I wasn't able to open photos and iTunes music from my external hard drive. It had corrupted. I tried a number of downloaded applications that colleagues had used to retrieve data. Unfortunately they didn’t work for me. PAYAM were close by and did a good professional job. My hard disk crashed and I lost everything. I took it to my local computer business that I deal with and they were unable to retrieve any of the disc contents. I had not backed up the disc for the past 8 months or more and had all of my work files as well as family photos and important emails that were lost.
